They had enough! After forty years of looking at the same old tile in their home’s foyer, our recent client asked if we could rip it out and replace it with a high quality hardwood floor in their Norwalk home.
That old tile floor had to go!
The demolition of the tile took a few hours because it was glued pretty securely to the subfloor.
Once the old stuff was out, we installed a Select & Better grade 3″ red oak in its place.
Our client asked us to get away from the golden-y color with their new foyer. We coated it with a waterbourne, clear sealer following additional top coats of Bona Mega Finish.
